My Eyes Are Opening!

Way back when I put up my first website, I learned about “backlinks”.  In fact, I spent a good amount of time building links to my site, and it worked. However, over time, I’ve moved on to all the newer methods for getting traffic and sort of ignored the backlink strategy.

That was dumb! I’ve just been re-introduced to the strategy, and I’m convinced now that I have to get back to it.  You see, I have never been able to figure out why I had more traffic way back when, but didn’t make any money. Duh! I didn’t have a website that converted to sales! All I had was a lot of content, and I thought that would entice people to join my business.  It doesn’t work that way.

I’ve learned a lot over the years about how to build better sites designed to convert visitors into buyers, but I had forgotten how to get that targeted traffic in the first place.

Now it’s time to get back to backlinks, and one of the best ways to learn how to do that in the most effective ways – and legitimate ways that search engines respect – is to grab The Traffic Siphon.  You can watch a video here that explains all about it:

Backlinks – The Backbone Of Your Website!

Are Backlinks Really Worth The Time & Effort?

When you put up a website, no one will ever know about it unless you find ways to “drive” traffic towards it. There are countless ways to accomplish this, and hundreds of books, reports, and products have been developed to teach the various methods.

One of the oldest “tried and true” tactics has been to get other websites to link to yours. That way, people visiting those sites will see something that makes them curious enough to pay you a visit. This is known as “backlinking”.

Many people find that getting backlinks can be a very confusing and time consuming method to drive traffic to a website. In fact, once people begin to understand what all goes into a successful backlinking campaign, many view it as hard work and go off in another direction. Yes, there is a lot of work in backlinking, but once you understand some of the basic techniques along with the huge power and weight that the right backlinks will bring to your website, it quickly becomes a no-brainer to get your campaign up and running quickly.

So the answer to the above question is, yes. If you want to start getting more visitors to your site from authority and targeted websites and from the search engines,  (specifically for your most targeted keywords and long-tail keywords), then backlinking is a must do!

For the most part, I rely on one group of marketers for learning the best and most effective methods for driving traffic to my websites.  The group at Trafficology specializes in traffic, and they’ve shown me a lot of clever ways to get more backlinks.

They have just released a brand new product that you must take a look at. These guys are so cool, that they’re giving away several videos, reports, audios, and their terrific newsletter just for looking!

Here’s a brand new 25 minute video with tactics you can use today:  Traffic Siphon
